- Check-In time starts at 2pm and Check-Out time is 12 noon.
- Hotel assumes no responsibilities of Guest(s) forgotten, lost and/or stolen money, jewels, or any other valuables, unless placed in Hotel safe deposit box certain restrictions apply.
- Room rate are subject to 21% service charge and prevailing government tax.
- Hotel does not store items left behind by Guest(s) but under rare circumstances we hold-on to certain items to Lost & Found, after 3 (three) months items will be donated and/or discarded if not claimed.
- Hotel is not responsible for accident/injury to any Guest(s)/visitors including personal items.
- PLEASE CONSIDER that our hotel is an entertainment and lifestyle hotel, therefore we ask for your understanding if there is noise or sound that is too loud which causes your comfort to be slightly disturbed.
- Cash Guest Deposit can only be collected at check-out and can only be requested by registered Guest(s); NO exceptions.
- All deposit and payment received are non refundable.
- If you leave stain in the room (towels, bed, linen, etc.), the hotel will be authorized to charge you the cost of treatment in accordance with

- All Rooms are “NO SMOKING” Rooms and we kindly ask you not to light up.
- The Management reserve the right to charge for damages caused including a fine of IDR. 500.000,- for additional room maintenance.
